The Carillon d'Angélus is the second wine of château Angélus. The name of the estate comes from the ringing bells of the Angelus prayer that could heard by the winemakers from 3 different churches around the chateau. The vineyard is composed of 42 hectares, located in a natural amphitheatre which enjoys a natural drainage. The vinification and ageing are adapted to its style. The blend is composed of merlot, cabernet franc and cabernet sauvignon. This wine is appreciated for the purity of its fruit, its velvety tannins and its elegant finale.
